I am a Mama to four beautiful yet crazy boys which of course is one of my biggest drives to retaining high fitness levels. My children get the best version of me not only because I can keep up with their energetic selves but also when I hit the gym floor I get to let it all out and have "me time" (as I'm sure a lot of us Mama's know the importance of this) so for myself and many others working out is not just about physical gains but can more so be mental as well.
I have worked with many different clients/members ranging from young children through to our older generations who I have seen absolutely flourish with confidence and understanding of their body's capabilities. It is truly rewarding and a privilege to witness transformations through a client's fitness journey.
My favourite style of training is Functional Fitness alongside Olympic Weightlifting, of which I am passionate about coaching in a group class format and one-on-one sessions with clients. Both styles of training I find have such a positive and sustainable impact on the body which can then be used in conjunction with other recreational activities like sports/fishing/hunting.
Qualifications: Certified Personal Trainer - NZIHF, Level 1 & 2 Olympic Weightlifting
